White Plywood

Specifications – Plywood Case
Our premium 5/8” plywood cases feature an abrasion resistant white vinyl foil or clear birch veneer. The edges are taped with PVC applied with hot melt glue. Bottom edges of wall cabinet finished ends are taped with PVC. Cases are not available with laminate edges or unfinished wood veneer tape. Allcabinets have full depth adjustable shelves where indicated, and fixed shelves where indicated. Base cabinets are constructed for built-up counter tops. Toekicks are integral and unfinished.
Cabinetry panels are all 5/8” plywood with dowel joinery. Beech hardwood dowels are used for each connection to assure the highest structural integrity. Our assembly process includes wood glue in each dowel hole or dado and then each cabinet is machine pressed to assure squareness and tight joints at all connections.
Cabinet backs and drawer bottoms are 1/8″ thick plywood to match the 5/8” material. Cabinet backs are secured to the cabinet by the use of dados on all four sides. The four-sided interlocking backs assure absolute squareness of each and every cabinet and drawer box.
Drawer fronts, sides, and backs are 5/8” plywood. The edges visible after complete installation are laminated with PVC edge banding.
Our standard hardware features a lifetime “If it breaks, it’s replaced – no questions asked” manufacturers guaranty. Hinges open 107 degrees and feature 6-way adjustment. Drawer hardware features 100-pound load capacity.
TBP’s products are inspected prior to manufacturing to ensure the highest quality. No termite/insect treatment is included. Warranty does not cover termite/insect infestation or damage to cabinetry or parts.
Due to different materials being used in the manufacture of the cabinet case, its doors, drawer fronts and accessory parts, the appearance of exposed surfaces may not be exactly the same. The parts may appear to have various minor color differences, which may be intensified due to the shading and natural and artificial lighting present in the rooms in which the cabinets are installed.
